On this tabsheet you can configure how BNR uses CSV files. See also the File Checking tabsheet.

There are three ways CSV files can be used within BNR.

CSV files to use when checking for existing files

This listbox shows the CSV files that are used for file checking. You can add new CSV files (or new directories containing CSV files) using the Add button. With the Remove button you can remove the currently selected item in the listbox.

CSV files to use for marking articles as Wanted

This listbox shows the CSV files that are used to mark articles as Wanted (see also Kill / Want filters). If BNR finds an article containing a filename that matches the filename in the CSV file, and the file size matches as well, the article is marked as Wanted. Note! If the CSV file contains a directory (the file is of the ECSV type), this directory will automatically be appended to the decoding directory if/when this article is downloaded.

Auto-download matching files

With this checkbox you can make BNR automatically download all the matching files. If the file exists already, it will not be automatically downloaded, though.

CSV files to use for Killing articles

This listbox shows the CSV files that are used to mark articles as Killed (see also Kill / Want filters). If BNR finds articles containing a filename that matches the filename in the CSV file, and the file size matches as well, the article is marked as Killed.
